"Harris Hawk"


This Harris Hawk drawing was produced for the 2009 Small Wonders exhibition held by Sycamore Fine Arts in Goshen, Indiana.

I photographed this beautiful Harris Hawk perhaps 10 years ago at the East of England Agricultural Show near Peterborough... and I finally had the opportunity to draw it.

The original drawing, which measures just 2" × 3", took 4 hours 21 minutes to complete.
