Re: "Silent Witness"
I’ve been improving the skull surroundings today, like jaw, horns teeth …

Latest update

Im really sorry for not checking the WB accuracy while taking the photo ~ it’s obvious the mounts is not blank white

Most probably the camera has had judged the WB wrong…
I’ve smudged the whole bear’s body to achieve better 3D effect of the animal.
The next step will be to maintain the look, and pushing improving it
There’s not too much left to finish this piece, it’s just very inconvenient time for me, because I’m working for 9 days continuously and my first day off is this Saturday …
Then I’m going out with my workmate for rock band concert

The more I’m working on it the more joy I have while looking at
I’m still having 3 days off (Su,Mo,Tu) ~ I bet this is all I’ll need to focus on this drawing and finish it
All comments and critique WELCOMED

This is the only way I can learn on my faults

FINISHED

It could be better done, but it has spent way too many months left over, so I’m really happy I’ve got back to it eventually
Your critique VERY WELCOMED as always

I especially love the bear with its shading and how the right side (bears left) goes into the darkness. The expression of the bear is fantastic! He's staring at me and gives me chills! The antlers are well drawn. I'm not familiar with this skeleton, so it hard to give feedback, but looks great. A wonderful expressive drawing!
