I hope you don't mind but I felt this post really needed a bigger image so it could be appreciated more.

I dug through the old Starving Artists archive and found... exactly the same image that is posted here :roll: :cry:

I agree, Artur. And I've felt for a while that it needed a larger image - so it could be properly appreciated for its superb drawing.

That’s so kind of you Mike. I remember well how I planned a simple portrait and you nudged me into trying something more challenging. Once I had a story in mind that I wanted to tell you generously offered one of your hawk photo references. You challenged me and my confidence grew.

Sometime seeing the full art we are unable to appreciate the detailed work, which on bigger picture is simply missing within ...
