Thanks to your suggestion dear Mike, and then followed by Laurene …
I got back to the artwork today…
I’m working, so no much time really, but eventually every bit by bit does matter, isn’t it?
So I’ve filled up the area around the hand today, dealing with a bit complicated folds on the scarf…
My brain is simply boiling while I’m up to such forms 🙈🙊🙉
It’s never been easy for me, most probably never will be 😉👍
Next updates will follow 😊

Happy you’re finishing this Artur. Don’t know if you meant to add an attachment, but I don’t see one here. Will wait for next update!

Thank you...
Yes I have tried upload the picture, but as usually my IP address was blocked before I managed 😅😅😅
The photo is on my iPad at home, so I have to try upload photo when I'm back home 😅

Just caught up on this post Artur and am really pleased and happy to see your progress. How well you are doing! I hope you keep at it and find your feet with Luke, or another studio. There are many studios that do run of the mill line stuff, but your work is stand out. I am sure there are customers out there that want a level of creativity past line/trad/imatation tats.
Keep at it... and although I would not want your 'sister' on my skin, it still looks pretty darn fabulous!

For Laurene:
I’m an older sister as well as a younger sister.
Me too! Us 'middles' rule!

😊😊😊
Middles RULE ❤️❤️❤️ ~ I love it 😊
I’m a middle myself too, lol…
I have an older(half, not same father)brother and younger sister 😉👍👍👍

Thank you Linda for keen words, I’m just trying my best lol 🙈🙊🙉
Maybe my work is looking nice, but it’s done the way I’m drawing/painting.
It might be not acceptable (the technique) to do it on real skin…
It’s all before me to test it, try it, find out what way should I do it on somebody’s canvas ~ I mean skin 🙈🙉🙊

As requested ❤️ ~ it’s in full picture now 🙈🙊🙉
Not everything went as planned though.
I’ve messed the hand up making it too dark.
Couldn’t improve the light source on it then…

It’s happened because I was using different needles set than the face was done with.
I wanted make the hand out of focus as well…
I kept working on it … till I recognised it’s getting too dark …
lol 🙈🙈🙈

I took different approach to make this side of the hair too…
I’m confused now which of these two approaches I like more 🙊🙉🙈

I hope you like it being done in full 😊😊😊
Thank you for making me doing this !!!

WATCH IT here if you like 😉👍 https://fb.watch/uVfL6SW1sO/?

Yes, I do like it very much! I think it’s ok that the hand is darker. It appears to be in shadow which lets us keep our focus in the face. In that sense, it has the same effect as drawing it out of focus, meaning that it is secondary to the face. Hope that makes sense!

Agreed! Which saves me a lot of typing. ;) The hair is interesting, too. I prefer the sharper and more detailed right side... but the softer left side does throw focus on the face. So, it's just a case of where do you want the focus to stop.

I'm really pleased to see this finished. If only because there are bound to be extra lessons learned from seeing the entire image. Like the dark hand, for example, which proves that what you might think is an "error"is, as Laurene said, actually a benefit.

I keep thinking if you can do this with little to no experience, what on Earth are you capable of!? :o  I'm really eager to find out.

Yes, I am thinking this way too Laurene ~ I was considering it to be covered in a dark spot, out of the light source ~ or …
Just being dirt with forest soil or else…
But I know it was only an excuse for my peace of mind, to easy off the feeling it didn’t work out ~ the mixed colour, the different needles set … 🙉🙈🙊
Thank you 😊😊😊

Thank you Mike 😊😊😊
It seems that the potential error, can be seen as committed move ~ it’s really helps, the opinion of the artist like you, Laurene or Linda ✌️
Thank you 😉👍
I’m keeping in mind lessons learnt on this one, and I’m happy I did listen to you dear friends, to finish this artwork 👍
I’m richer now having an additional experience !!!
The hair Mike ~ you prefer the right side (from our perspective) cause it’s the way I’ve learnt from your lessons of negative drawings 👍
I remember the way you was showing how to draw the grass … ❤️
This technique I saw on YouTube too, where the tattooist was showing how to deal with long beard structure ~ this was his approach 👍
The left side I did softly shading the ends of separate strands, making them from shadow to light …
Thank you for keen words 😊
