Not sure why would we carry on talking about someone, who's thinking he's the ALPHA and all people do what ALPHA SAYS
Everything else is wrong

I'm sure deep inside he's good hearted person!
It's because he did help the other girl I've met up in his studio
She said he did trust her, employed her and gave an support until she was able do tattoos on her own

Most probably she must have had LISTEN to what ALPHA said

I'm sure people read me wrong, this is how Adam getting upset with me

I'm appearing soft, very back off, quiet and kind to people.
But what people can't see I'm very strong minded

I'm making decisions for myself, whether they're wrong or right doesn't matter - if they wrong, there's nobody to blame but only me
I'm just RESPONSIBLE for my life, therefore I can't let anyone else to decide who I am - if that's making any sense

My wife knows me very well.
She says she figured it out long ago...

Hi dear friends.
It’s been a week break from this piece ~ job comes in the way unfortunately.

I messed up yesterday, doing things that were left behind, but eventually I’ve sat to the *desk today

Wrinkles, shading, shaping the cheeks on the go, adjusting …
It’s takes forever to deal with

So after getting close to the lips ~ I’ve had enough
I will do it tomorrow

~ You’ve most probably have heard of APPRENTICESHIP…
By coincidence I crossed by the local tattoo studio, and managed to have a chat…

Surprisingly it wasn’t NO ?
I was advised to pop in next week Tuesday to have a word with Luke the owner

We’ve swapped FB details, and this is how they’ve messaged me, they’ve seen my drawing albums already, they have said they’re pleased with good artwork and happy to meet me up

I can’t count for any money if they accept my training, I was told it’ll be for free if agreement will be accepted.
I went ~ I’m not after earning money, but to see somebody at work, to learn by watching, to ask questions etc.

So let see how things goes.
I can’t stay at home forever, watching YouTube, can I?

Whatever happens next Tuesday ~ it’s my first step forward.

Some tattooing at home when they start, until they find some studio to join.
I’ve heard it’s risky to do tattoos at home not having licence, no nothing.
It’s easy to get reported and fined.
Also this bad practice is not welcomed by professionals too, as they seek it as a bit of bad habit and possible cheating (getting customers done at home) after apprenticeship agreement…

So let see what future brings

Is it good tattoo studio?
I don’t know.
They’re running their business many years, at least 10 I guess.
Am I stunned while looking at their artwork portfolio?
Not, I’m not at all.
Most of pieces are low quality, linework most of cases with some shading involved.
Child can do it (joke).

But the owner, Luke…
There’s few photos to see of his artwork in colour.
I do like the quality.
Pristine colour artworks, nice designs, good looking pieces.

So if Luke will want to have me there ~ I’ll agree and will do follow him for now, to see the way he’s making colour tattoos.

I’m confused what he might benefit from me being there?
Well ~ I’ll ask this question next Tuesday

I hope Luke works out for you. I suspect it will, and that the experience will be good for you. And I know you're sufficiently clued-up to not let him take advantage of you.

Thank you, it’s too early to predict outcome of the meeting next Tue.
I’ll share news in here though, whatever they might be
The work of Luke (the boss) I can admire.
It’s in colour, done with care, good looking.
I can’t say that about other work been shared on FB though.
He’s employing some other tattooists for sure, one is crap the other might have a bit better skills…
Nevertheless.
I’m not gonna watching anybody else but Luke
And yes Mike ~ I’m not the one to treat me like a baby boy ~ if I only smell there’s some cheating involved, I’ll close the door from outside.
I won’t let anybody use me.
I’m no desperate man who’s looking for employment or anything related.
My bills are being paid on time.
All I’m after is to step out of my room, see people, compare my skills to their if possible, and hopefully make my first real tattoo being watched by professional …
It’s a bit overwhelming feeling I get, while being thinking of tattooing somebody in my house for first time ~ if you know I mean.
Most probably it would be some of my friends…
It would be very depressing if things goes wrong at the very first attempt.

When I’m looking at mirror I can see 100% resemblance


I’ve managed to get the face done today.
I’m not sure whether I’ve succeeded or not, as there’s couple of things went not exactly as I wanted, so I was trying to fix it on the go
Looking patiently at the photo, I can see places that could be improved by adjusting shading.
I’m not sure if I’d like to bother much about improving those spots at the moment, because it’s just practice piece meant to practice on it ~ not making it for art show
I’d like to carry on making the hair and the hood ~ I’m interested if I can make it the way I will be pleased…

Given that I'm sure tattooing must have some limitations... this is probably as close to perfect that anyone can get. Despite your misgivings.

I’m seeing many very good quality portraits on the FB Group I’m became a member some time ago.
At same time I’m struggling to pin point as much detailed one involving this many wrinkles

I think this project does exceeds limits, because it’s very time consuming.
I doubt why anyone would want to commit to do it for money ~ long sessions, pain involved … etc.

But for me?
~ to push my limits, see if I can do it, and how close can I get to the reference …
That was spot on challenge

I’ve finished working on it, as I can’t see point to finish it fully.
I rather jump onto new subject, and will try to learn something else…

If you finished it, of course... go on.... or at least come back to it later. Otherwise, apart from the experience gained, it's a lot of time wasted.

Selling it ~ it could be an interesting experience

But I feel different.

To me it isn’t the art to finish you see.
I look at it as a practice page only ~ not the art to be treasured if you get my point…

I’m learning on it.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Yes, I’m after to keep it safely for future reference , but nothing more than this.
I’ve been only trying my strokes, using needles, messing around it with good will to make it as good as I’m capable of at present.

I’m just craving to learn new things Mike, like SOFT SHADING AND BLENDING COLOUR for example, practice my muscle memory, the eye too…
After this piece I’m going to start another ~ not to finish it off in full as well ~ but to get new experience on fresh new challenge, and so on and so on…

You see.
It’s not time wasting to me, because the time isn’t wasted at all for me Mike

It wasn’t meant to become an art at first place you see
It was meant to let me practice
And this was fulfilled perfectly throughout the process.

You see… some practicing by tattooing lines, circles, letters, filling up some outlined shapes…

I can’t do it, lol
I’m different.
I need a real challenge, something to deal with, create something/anything instead of doing lines, circles.
