Jenny and I wish you all a very HAPPY CHRISTMAS and a PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR.

And some time between the two I'll have a new video for you :D

Next year promises to be a very busy one here at DWM. I have a growing list of video subjects to cover, an Intermediate Techniques series to begin, plans to build a super-fast video computer, and a major tuition project to add to this site.

See you in 2020... because Christmas Day and the following Boxing Day are my two days off from work each year. But no doubt I'll be back here on the 27th :)

Thanks! Spent the last two days playing around with the new 4K action camera Jenny gave to me for Christmas - and watching plenty of YouTube videos about it too :D

I'm desperate to be using it and incorporating bits into the videos :)

I'm not good at sitting and doing nothing. Or watching TV for the sake of watching it  So, I learned a lot from YouTube about my new camera, did some research for a better voice-over mic - while obediently sitting on the sofa using my little Samsung tablet and earphones :D

Yes, of course I ate lots of Christmas pudding and cake, and nuts, and crisps, and.... Jenny's a great cook, so why wouldn't I? :D

Managed a day and half out of the office. Had to go in to check on Buster occasionally, who lives under my desk, and to check emails. Other than that - nope, I've had my two days off work for this year ;)

Back to work now and will release the new video this weekend.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Mike!

It’s been a busy year for me contract drawing for Royal Brush Co. Now I am catching up on a couple of commissions and then working on writing and re-writing tutorials. And of course working full-time as a software tester.

Hoping you and Jenny have the very best new year!

Diane

Hi Diane! And an early Happy New Year to you and Les!!! :D

It sounds as you have next year planned out. Me? I've a feeling I'm going to be very busy :) Just finished the final edit of the next video and I'm rendering a test copy while I'm typing.

Thanks, Sandra! Back at work now in the office with Buster. Although Buster insists I'm actually working in his kennel :)

A very Happy New Year to you and yours!
