My first real tattoo …

Hi dear friends.
lol, I’m getting a bit busy driving buses, and the tattoo studio on my days off then… 😅
When eventually I’ve got a time to post update ~ I’m usually blocked off (banned 😅).

So last week Wednesday I’ve done my FIRST REAL TATTOO 😅😅😅👍

I can’t believe it it’s happened 🙊🙉🙈

I was very stressed, even thought I’ve tried to keep a poker face 😅

My first line?
😅
I was so SOFT and GENTLE that there was hardly made any line at all 😅😅😅

My boss has stepped in and he took the machine over to show me how to push the needles into the skin to make a line 😅😅😅
He said ~ don’t be scared to push it, or you won’t make any line ever 😅😅😅

So I’ve took the machine over then, and this is how I’ve started making my FIRST LINES into *talking canvas 😅😅😅

The tattoo is long for 7.5cm, so it’s very small, but very complicated with all those lines within, that making the whole drawing…

Tricky is, those lines aren’t equal, but dynamic…
So they begin broader to end with thin sharp point…

I was struggling a lot to make it, not being sure if my technique and the chosen needle will work…
I mean, Luke has advised how to do it, but if you don’t know what mark on the skin the needle will leave ~ then it’s sort of guessing work, whether it work or not…

So I’ve done all tinny line work around the whole design, then I began making lines thicker ~ when necessary to build up the *drawing…

Obviously there’s plenty uneven lines, small mistakes as you can expect…
I’m not happy for that at all, but I was told nobody is happy with his first tattoos …
So I’m not the first not the last one 😅

All my studio friends encouraging me, and promising this is the only way to practice and improve skills ,,,
So I have no choice really, don’t I?

The client was happy ❤️
He’s coming back to finish the tattoo, cause it took me 5h from when he arrived, to the time the studio is closing (from 12am to nearly 17hours…)
Very detailed work I shall say, and I was very stressed too😅

They said it’s good because I haven’t lost the client ❤️
There’s even better, because that client named Kieran was sharing positive feedback for my work to my neighbour, and to his friends, where one of them is a member of my tattoo studio ~ and he told me I did good job, because Kieran is happy with my work, and he has mentioned that his first tattoo was disaster, and he don’t wanna even remember it 😅

So taking in count all that positive feedback ~ it wasn’t as bad as I was afraid of ❤️
That tattoo was partially done at 15th January, and in few weeks I’ll come back to it to finish it off 👍

Tomorrow Saturday 24th Jan ~ I’m doing my SECOND tattoo ❤️
I’ll share it when it’s done 😉
It’s my friend from our kitchen staff (buses).
We have canteen based in bus station for bus drivers…
She’s lovely person and she has offered to be my talking canvas ❤️

If I succeed tomorrow, if she’ll be happy, then she has asked for tattoo for her daughter on the wrist…
I will share this story in full, with photos when it’ll be done 😉👍

Thank you dear friends.

Congratulations Artur! I can appreciate how much courage it takes to create permanent artwork on another human being. I admire you for that!

I can also see why your client was happy with his tattoo. I can see the usual attention to detail that I’ve grown to expect in your work. I have no doubt you will be very successful in your new career. In my opinion, you can’t get higher praise than a mother trusting you to tattoo her daughter! You have all of our support.

Thank you very much Laurene for compliments 😊
I’m already after my second tattoo last Saturday !
And YES ~ she’s loving it and her daughter was sitting next to us all the time, and she loves it as well ❤️
I’ve already prepared the design for her daughter, so just we need to wait for my next Saturday off to do it 😊
It’s gonna be first tattoo for her 18 year old daughter 💖
There’s nothing else I could ask for really ~ their TRUST on me is overwhelming 💝
Wow, first I didn’t know when Luke will let me begin on customers, and I felt the awaiting time is endless 😅
Today I’m after TWO, lol 🙉🙈🙊
And few are planned ahead 👍
Thank you Laurene 😊

I could sense your concern all the way through your first tattoo - even though we all know you're perfectly capable. Personally, I would have been even more worried than you felt, given that you can't reverse a mistake.

And, of course, we all know you are a lot more than just capable, and I at least think you've got a bright future ahead of you. That's partly because you go your own way and don't stick to convention. I almost wish I wanted a tattoo myself! Not

Well done! Onward and upward!!!

Thank you my friend, you know me very well for many years ❣️
It’s impossible to tell me what to do, and expect me to follow 😅😅😅
Sooner or later I will drill the hole and bit by bit will want to try different things 😅
There’s no limits really, the limits are only if we create them 💖
I’m hoping to improve my line work which is a nightmare at present, as I’ve never been practicing it at all.
Now to follow those lines is a real challenge and I’m sweating buckets 😅😅😅
Thank you dear Mike 😊
