Hi dear friends, I hope 2025 will bring you all everything you’ve been waiting for and even more

I’ve finished the Ferry Girl yesterday.
Yes I know ~ the stencil is showing through and it’s ruining the whole effect.
But you know my attitude towards my practice pieces ~ it’s just for sake of keep practicing, not making a real art work to be proud of.
I’m playing freely on it, just learning how to mix colour or similar things.
I was told I can remove that stained and bad looking stencil marks with Bleach, but I just didn’t want to.
If I clean the stencil, the more work would be involved to fill up those marks, I simply didn’t want to keep spending more time on it.
I’ve learnt as much as I needed, I think job is done ~ let’s move on…
So please don’t judge the outcome, it’s just practice, and I’m about to start another one

The time is passing by quickly, so I’m not sure if I’ve shared that Friday 13th of December my boss looking at the Rose said ~ you’re ready to start tattooing people after New Year.

This is happening, lol ~ the dream coming true

My wife wanted be the first one, but I’ve tried discourage her.
She’s so important to me, what if something goes wrong, and she’ll have it on her ankle for rest of her life…
Yeah, I felt very responsible, and have advised to just wait until I gather some experience to make the tattoo nicely for her

She said ~ isn’t it important to make your very first tattoo on me?
Yes it is, but at same time the pressure on me is just too high …
So…
I’ve got my neighbour’s friend who’s happy to be my first client
We’re just arranging the appointment, maybe for tomorrow, or next week Wednesday…
It could be done last Saturday, but my boss wanted to be next to me, and he couldn’t make it…

I’m very busy at the tattoo school (online) ran by Torsten Malm.
Yes it’s not for free, it can be, but then the information is limited, where I need full access to learn proper technique and gather proper knowledge necessary to keep improving.
I’ve found his tutorials very educational and knowledgeable, so the forum people, I’m feeling like home

She is absolutely adorable!! I'm drowning in those beautiful blue eyes. The stencil lines don't deter from your artwork at all.

Did you mean FAIRY? As in a small female with wings attached. Rather than a boat crossing a river for hire?

To be honest, this looks nothing like a ferry and very much like a fairy!

No, you didn't. But I'm quite certain he's correct. You have an innate artistic talent that shines through, whichever medium you use.
While it says a lot about Magda that she's willing to receive your first tattoo, I can understand your worry about that even more!

A willing guinea pig... just what you needed. But, when it all goes completely to plan (as it will), and you have super confidence in yourself... I think you should probably tattoo Magda next - she's obviously your greatest fan.
