Hi All,
Just a quick note to let you know there is now instant access to this Members Area from any page on the website. Just use Member in the top navigation and click Log In.
Also, if you find you no longer have access to images, or other features, in the forum make sure you are logged in. Check top right on the dark green bar.
The most common cause of this fault is either a corrupt cookie or that your computer or browser has deleted the cookie that our system uses to recognise you. Click "log in", check "remember me", and then logging in will restore everything.
If that doesn't work, then assume the cookie is corrupted.. To fix that, go to the bottom of any Forum page and click "Delete cookies". Now log in again. That will write a new cookie to your system, which almost always fixes the problem.
Finally, if you're using an iPhone or iPad and you can't view the videos, or only a small part of one, then our member Lenore has the fix. She consulted her local Apple Store, and they advised her " To view your videos on the iPhone, simply click to view them in desktop mode as opposed to mobile mode.." Lenore says everything is working perfectly now!
