Cancelling your DWM Membership

Ideally, I'd like to say - you just click a button and the job's done. Well, you can, but...
As you might know, DWM uses PayPal as a collection agency, and aMember to manage your access. For security reasons, PayPal does not offer aMember any way to directly cancel your membership. There is a "cancel" button (go to > Dashboard > Payment History) but that can only send you to PayPal, where you can manually cancel. Or we can do that for you.
Preferably, when you sign up to DWM and receive your notification from PayPal save that email and its transaction ID
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO CANCEL:
1: Scroll to the bottom of any page > click "contact us" > supply your username (and your transaction ID if you have it available) and ask us to cancel on your behalf. This will be done as soon as possible.
2: Click the "cancel" button in your Dashboard to go to PayPal - or go to PayPal.com directly. Login to your account. Find the payment transaction. If you have the original PayPal email, search for the Transaction ID. Now cancel it. PayPal will inform aMember of your action.
If there is paid-for time still credited to your DWM account, you will not lose access until that time has expired.
If you are currently in a "free" or "trial" period, loss of access will be immediate.
