How to POST

To post a new topic in a forum…
Go to the forum where you wish you post - let's say "Graphite Pencil Drawing" in "Drawing Discussions & WIPs"
At the left, near the top, click "New Topic"
That takes you to the full editor
Enter a descriptive title in the subject box
Enter your text in the big box beneath that
Hover over any icon above the box to see a tool tip
For example, to bold a word, select it and then click the B icon
Or click the B icon and then type your text between the tags
(the text only accepts BBCode, do not use HTML tags)
To add an image:
Beneath the text box are two tabs: Options and Attachments. Click Attachments.
You can either click "Add files" and navigate to the image on your computer or…
Simply drag the image into the big text box above. It will now be listed in "Attachments"
You can leave it like that - it will be shown underneath your post - or…
Click in the text where you want your image to appear, then…
Click "Display inline" alongside the listing in "Attachments"
You can Preview the post before you submit it:
Click Preview beneath the text box, and it will load the at the top of the page. To make adjustments, scroll back down to the text box and alter it there.
When you're happy, click the Submit bottom, and you're done.
To edit your post:
At the top of the post, at the right-hand side, you'll see five icons. The first is a pencil. Click that to edit.
Your post will open in the Full Editor again, so proceed as above.
To reply to a post:
Click the top left "Post Reply" button - or the one at the bottom of the page.
At the bottom, you'll also see a "Quick Reply" box. You can use that at any time, but there are no formatting options, and you can't post links or images. To do that, click the "Full editor & Preview" button below the Quick Reply box.
