Or, if you're coming from the south in Santa Barbara, you could take the 154 (San Marcos Pass). You will pass beautiful Lake Cachuma and on to 246 that will bring you to Santa Ynez and Solvang. Beautiful drive but passing is not recommended, and nor is speeding!
